Bernard Schopfer has extensive experience in print and online media, sponsorship and event management After obtaining a degree in political science at the University of Geneva, he worked as a journalist with some of Switzerland’s leading media, including the national television. In 2000, he became communications director for Team Alinghi, the first european team to win the America’s Cup. He founded MaxComm in 2006 and has been involved in numerous international projects.
Involved in the Yacht Racing Forum since its inception, he founded the Maritime Transport Efficiency Conference and the Swiss Supply Chain & Logistics Conference. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Magenta Project, which aims for greater equity and diversity in the world of professional sailing.
Graduated from the University of Geneva with a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication, Alexia is passionate about the world of media and sports.
After acquiring her first experience in media relations at the Swiss television RTS, she joined MaxComm in September 2021 as a press officer, community manager and project manager. Alexia uses her experience in communication to develop the projects she is in charge of, give them the visibility they deserve and manage a good relationship with media and the agency’s clients. Her main tasks are writing and managing digital communication.
Among her projects, she supports with passion Team Genève and all athletes based in Geneva aiming for the Olympic Games.
Inna is responsible for partnerships and conferences at MaxComm. Inna is a passionate events sales professional with ten years of experience working in IT, healthcare, public affairs and luxury industry,
organizing and selling for large scale exhibitions, awards ceremonies, as well as boutique one2one business meeting events. She has extensive experience in events management, sponsorship / delegate sales and account management.
Before moving to Switzerland from Kiev (Ukraine), she spent three years in the events industry in London, working with UK, EMEA, CIS, APAC and US markets.
She now dedicates all her energy to MaxComms’ events, and especially the Swiss Supply Chain & Logistics Conference and the Maritime Transport Efficiency Conference.
Graduated from a Master in Hypermedia – Communication, Marine specialises in graphic design IT management and events management; she is the agency’s Swiss knife.
Passionate about graphic design and on the lookout for the latest trends, she accompanies the agencies’ clients with their print and digital projects.
Marine draws her inspiration from the mountains; an environment where she is active all year round in every possible way. Always on the lookout for new discoveries, she sees each project as a new challenge!
